Details: The system creates 1.5 gpm of CAP I water utilizing city water feed source. High purity water is then stored and recirculated through a polishing loop at the rate of 23 gpm @ 75 psig. The unit is provided in two skids with the treatment and controls on one skid and the storage tank on another.

The system is completely automated and provides complete on board controls via a PLC with touchscreen interface. A secondary distribution pump is provided to minimize downtime during maintenance intervals. The unit features:
a. Fusion welded polypropylene piping
b. UL control panel
c. Service exchange DI resin bottles
d. 254nm UV treatment
e. 0.2 micron absolute final filtration

Collection Tank: 500 gallon welded heavy-duty polypropylene storage vessel

Instrumentation: Complete control package interface to PLC including storage tank pressure level transmitter, % rejection monitor on RO module, conductivity loop monitoring, UV bulb status, and variable speed control for distribution pumps.

Details: The system is designed to provide RO water at a rate of up to 5 gpm to an RO/DI water storage tank. The storage tank supplies purified deionized water through a DI Supply circulation loop to points of use at a flow rate of 20 gpm. The tank also supplies purified water through an RO supply circulation loop at a flow rate of 40 gpm.

The system is completely automated and provides complete on board controls via a PLC with touchscreen interface. Two distribution pumps are provided to feed the two loops.
